Which insurance companies do you accept?
We are providers for most common insurance companies, such as Delta Dental® and BlueCross® PPO plans. Please verify with your insurance company if we are providers for your specific plan. If you are uninsured, inquire about our patient Loyalty Program for non-insured patients.
What payment options are available?
We accept CareCredit® Financing, major credit cards, cash and checks. Patients paying with cash or check are eligible for a 5% discount.
