What insurance companies are you providers for?
We are providers for most common insurance companies like Delta Dental and Blue Cross PPO plans. Please check with your insurance company to verify if we are providers for your particular insurance, or give us a call and we are happy to assist you.
If you do not have insurance, please call the office to discuss our Patient Loyalty Program for Non- Insured patients.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer CareCredit Financing. We also accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.
If you choose to pay cash or check, we offer a 5% discount.
