We are also happy to offer a Periodontal Program for non-insured patients who are on a periodontal maintenance schedule with their hygienist.
This service includes 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings a year, check up x-rays (bitewings and 2 periapical views) and 1 periodic doctor exam. The cost for this is $363 per year.
You will also receive 10% off any treatment needed, plus an additional 5% if you pay with cash or check.
